Every attempt has been made to make this bulletin board as much as possible like the physical ones you actual see in public places. Like those boards, this board is available for use by the general public, which means anyone can view it. There is to be absolutely no use of foul language, references to pornographic or illegal materials and/or activities, or hate speech.

If you wish to promote a one time event such as a sard sale, community event, a pet for sale, etc., you can do so for free. However, if your goal is to promote an ongoing product or service (especially one intended for earning a profit), then you must post your item as a paid advertisement. On the bright side for advertisers, for the moment there is currently no fee for advestising since this board is just being started and needs time to develop an audience. So unless the board becomes swamped with advertisements, there will be no fee until an audience is developed.
